Senior Refrigeration Project Manager
Seeking candidate with 10-15 years of experience in the mechanical Supermarket and Industrial Refrigeration service and installation industry as a Project Manager/Estimator with the ability to estimate, manage, and lead Refrigeration projects. Must have experience with Supermarket refrigeration, Industrial refrigeration and a history of profitability and meeting deadlines in prior project management positions; leadership in construction safety; experience in the development of budget proposal estimates; excellent verbal and written skills; and possess people management skills. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and provide high quality service in a timely manner. The candidate must work well with clients plus be able to read and understand drawings, specifications, and bid documents; compile an accurate summary of material, equipment, and labor; assemble a project estimate; and prepare proposals.
Responsibilities include providing mechanical design on projects, both new construction and the rehabilitation of existing facilities. Projects will include industrial, commercial, and supermarket facilities.
